After submitting your video and verifying your account we will prepare your video and notify you when it will stream next!


Artist Upload Agreement

By uploading your music or video to [Platform Name], a non-commercial, community-focused platform, you confirm and agree that:

  1. You are the creator and rights-holder of the music, video, and all associated content submitted (the “Work”), or have full permission from the rightful owner(s).
  2. You grant [Platform Name] a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, and publicly share your content on our non-profit platform.
  3. You grant [Platform Name] the right to apply a uniform NTSC/VHS-style filter and an information overlay at the beginning or end of your video for platform identity and discoverability.
  4. You hereby relinquish any rights to receive payment via GEMMA (or any other payment system) for your Work uploaded to [Platform Name]. You understand that by uploading your content, you are contributing voluntarily and will not receive monetary compensation from the platform.
  5. You confirm the Work does not infringe any third-party rights and agree to indemnify [Platform Name] against any claims.
